Certificate Registry entry

Associates a certificate with a type. The type is referenced by a Printer Registry entry that specifies which tray the type is printed from.

Usage

This Registry entry is assigned to groups:

where:

prodcode

is the product code of a certificate stored in the Products module (eproducts).

Note: There must be one Certificate Registry entry for every certificate defined in the Products module.

The prodcode is entered as Key 6 in a Certificate Registry entry.

type

is a label for the type of certificate, e.g. cert (for certificate), white (for white copy), teddy (for a commemorative certificate with a teddy bear printed on it), etc.

The type specified here is referenced by a Printer Registry entry.

Note: User access to printing the certificates specified here is defined by the Allowed Certificates Registry entry.

Examples

In the following examples it should be assumed that the prodcodes exist in the Products module.

This entry specifies a type of cert for a Births certificate product with the product code bc. This cert type is referenced by a Printer Registry entry that specifies which printer and which tray this type will be printed from:
